Refurbishment of an old portion of the house at the foot of the Presolana mountain. The existing structure was removed and replaced with a new construction in prefabricated green building in wood with high performance. The skin is made with organic larch and is protected by the gray sheet metal shell that forms the roof. Large glazed openings connect the ground floor with the first floor, flooding the entire space with natural light, allowing the enhancement of the double-height interior environment. The result is not only extremely elegant but is also the result of a construction process with a low ecological impact, which allows to obtain innovative structures that favor energy saving and improve the quality of living life.
