CATEGORY: Interior design
LOCATION: Franciacorta (Bs)
YEAR: 2024
In the Franciacorta area, inside a building with four apartments, this house was built from scratch, completely furnished by ostiliomobili which, together with Iriam Bettera Design studio, worked synergistically on this project made of details and simplicity. Knowing how to interpret desires is a rare quality, which shows versatility and appropriateness; then, creativity goes further and materializes every idea. Thus, the owners – a young family – have seen the realization of their wish to create a context of personality, which fully reflects their soul. From the entrance, you can feel peace and tranquillity; the environment with light and warm colours makes the house ethereal. The choice to work with tone-on-tone colours and materials such as wood, ceramic, glass, and stone, gives the house a feeling of well-being. Each element is organic and carefully designed, both in composition and shape. Everything is in perfectbalance, as happens in nature.
In the living area, the sofa with soft and large seats looks at a structure in eco-leather wainscoting with a built-in fireplace and a niche with a table lamp. The slatted wood wainscoting houses the television. The peculiarity of both is that they are container structures, in which all the accessory and home automation parts of the house are hidden. In this way, the look is refined, essential, and functional, giving a feeling of order and purity. The kitchen, lacquered in metal, is an enchanting combination of modernity and efficiency, thanks to a system of cabinets that reveals only the most operational part. The island is perfect for cooking and for sharing a cocktail with friends. The dining table, with soft and sinuous lines, with velvet seats, is embellished and combined with a chandelier, whose shape recalls the beauty and conciseness of a leaf.
After crossing the sliding glass door, you enter the sleeping area with a laundry room and the guest bathroom, covered, in the shower and bathroom fixtures area, by a Laminam ceramic wall in Alpine green. The effect is extraordinary and highly impactful. The master bedroom, with neutral nuances, is bright and welcoming. Next to it, a glass wall allows a glimpse of the large walk-in closet, while a mirror conceals the private bathroom with refined elegance. To conclude, a pretty pink bedroom, with floral-themed wallpaper, tells of new beginnings and fills the room with a dreamy atmosphere.
