Restyling project of the historic Lopigom headquarters in Credaro, Bergamo.The renovation was radical and involved not only the internal spaces, but also the external architecture of the building, an articulated and complex project.The LOPIGOM office building is spread over 2 floors, for a total area of approx. 800, divided between 50 workstations, 8 technical offices, 4 meeting rooms and as many executive offices.
The project touched on all the themes of office design step by step, starting with the organization of spaces and the study of internal flows. The furnishing elements were the result of a careful selection, as well as the choice of colors and shades, all aimed at achieving a fundamental objective: the well-being of employees and users of the spaces, a beautiful space to live in and above all a space that WORKS.At the entrance, the polished natural gray stone reception welcomes and introduces the stylistic and chromatic features of the offices, where every desk, workstation, meeting room meets the criteria of beauty and aesthetic cleanliness, ergonomics and ease of use.Nothing is left to chance.The operational offices are embraced by a glass skin with dark aluminum frames, have walls in light shades, light gray and white and furnishings with stronger colors: dark gray, black and petrol green. All the furnishing elements are equipped with sound-absorbing devices and designed for each concealed technological connection, as well as adequate containment elements for an orderly and welcoming overall view.Light is an important topic for a workstation of the latest conception, also for this reason the project foresees a strong internal use of glass surfaces that contribute to a suitable use of light, skilfully combined with curtains that allow it to be correctly dosed. The lighting project has been studied in detail and provides for an efficient and low-consumption lighting system.With a view to optimal energy savings and an ever-increasing attention to ecology, each office sees the presence of elements for separate waste collection.In the executive offices there is an air of home that puts managers and guests at ease. “Important” and structured desks are accompanied by designer lamps, stone walls and blades of light wisely designed to enhance the geometry of the spaces.
