Restyling of a fruit and vegetable shop located in Castione della Presolana.The store design project envisaged the entire renovation of the store, completely emptying it of the old elements, leaving room for a completely new flavor communicated mainly by natural materials such as wood, iron and stone.
The three elements intersect each other creating a perfect balance. The wood, thermo-cooked organic larch, gives the environment a strong warmth and is used as a wall covering and as a decoration on the ceiling with a "wave" effect. Iron, powder coated, gives shape to the furnishings, shelving and personalized decorations with laser engravings, all designed and created ad hoc. The details that embellish the project are the panels and the iron handle of the entrance door, customized by engraving the company logo (also studied from scratch by our graphic design department).
The stone effect, which gives the right touch of elegance to the environment, is instead brought by the matt porcelain stoneware, "Emperador" finish for the counter top and "shaded Grè ceppo di Grè" finish for the floors and backs of the shelving.
The great protagonist of the spaces is then the WPC technical agglomerate used for the creation of the tops and coverings in direct or indirect contact with food, selected in 4 different shades perfectly combined with the 3 main materials of the project. The WPC agglomerate, laid at the right angle, guarantees correct ventilation around the food and allows the natural drainage of the humidity or water released from the fruit and vegetable crates.

For the same function, the painting of the ceiling made with breathable water-based paint was chosen. Its dark and enveloping color emphasizes the skilful play of light. The lighting project paid particular attention to the intensity and color gradation of the light, with the aim of enhancing the chromatic characteristics of the fruit and vegetables displayed in the shop.
Finally, the insertion of VMC (controlled mechanical ventilation) is a construction detail designed for the optimal management of the exchange of air between the internal and external environments, guaranteeing excellent control of the temperature of the working environment to avoid the deterioration of fruit and vegetables. vegetables.
